A freelancer is someone who works online from home with the help of an internet connection. A freelancer may work with a big international firm or a small company to offer his skills for a certain amount of money.

Everyone can do freelancing at ease?

Surely not! Like any other job in any field, you need to learn the basic skills to be a good freelancer. There are a lot of freelancing platforms offering you jobs in various technologies but what if you don't have the skillset and experience they need? Even being a newbie to freelancing you need to know about the tools and technologies you want to work at. Please note that I am not demotivating you but that's the truth of freelancing.

The next thing is freelancing needs time and strong work management skills. Although you are independent at work, that doesn't mean you can work as your own. You need to take care of clients and companies you are associated with. In addition to that, you need some good communication skills to be a successful freelancer.

Freelancing requires to remain updated every day. Technology changes rapidly and you get new tools to learn every new day. You need to be aware of the latest improvements in the technological world otherwise you will be left behind. Can everyone do that? I don't think so.

A large number of people consider freelancing simple, but it's not! it requires even more effort and time to be a good freelancer.
